Guadalupe Irreno Founded Irreno Construction in 1986 by following her dream of one day constructing a better Washington, DC. Mrs. Irreno oversees the entire corporate structure of Irreno Construction and demands that all our customers needs are satisfied.

Jairo Irreno Sr. Has worked alongside Lupe Irreno since the beginning ensuring that Irreno Construction continues to uphold its long-standing tradition of providing turn key construction services to their clients. Jairo Sr. along with his 30 years of construction knowledge leads the estimating, planning, and project management divisions.

Jairo Irreno Jr. Oversees most corporate interior and special government projects. Government clearances, after-hours construction, double crews, and holiday/weekend turnaround projects. Jairo Jr. ensures all coordination pertaining to these projects is managed to meet the clients schedules, needs, and deadlines.

Cito Irreno Oversees the institutional project division of Irreno Construction. Cito walks the client through the budget, bidding, pre-construction and closeout phases of the construction process. Cito believes in an open book philosophy, the client will know exactly where the GMP or proposal is coming from and presented with a list of value engineering ideas before construction begins.


Ron Bennet Ron leads the construction field at ICCI as the Senior Superintendent. Ron in the first man on the job and the last one to leave. He carefully pilots all the contractors through the complexities and obstacles commonly seen in construction projects. Ron's ambitions and 30 years of construction experience drives the contractors to meet any schedule put in front of them.
